Our Story: Built by a Family, Perfected for Groups

Our journey began in beautiful Dorado Del Mar, Puerto Rico, where we remodeled Villa Coral to serve as our family’s forever home. We poured our hearts into every structural detail—incorporating custom woodworking, a children's castle playroom, an expansive 186-piece teak outdoor layout, and a whole-home power backup system.

When unexpected life changes prompted us to open our doors to travelers, we quickly recognized a major gap in the luxury travel market: properties with enough beds rarely featured the functional layout, premium amenities, or utility backup continuity required to seamlessly support large groups.

CTC Stays grew naturally from that single house. Today, we use our personal experience to establish a premium benchmark for group travel. Before any property is listed on our platform, it must first pass our rigorous 100-point in-person inspection—ensuring it is fully equipped, structurally sound, and meticulously prepared to serve your group.
