From Our Family to Yours
Our journey started right here at Villa Coral. When we took on the challenge of completely remodeling this property, we didn’t look at it as a standard real estate investment. We engineered it to be our own forever home.
As a lifelong avid builder and restorer, Chris approached the property with an obsessive eye for detail. From designing and building custom woodworking and furniture to meticulously restoring mechanics from the ground up—including completely rebuilding our street-legal luxury Gem Car—Chris focused on the precision craftsmanship that makes a house feel solid. He integrated the invisible luxuries that keep a home running flawlessly, like heavy-duty multi-zone climate tech, commercial-grade enterprise Wi-Fi mesh networks, and ironclad solar and utility redundancies.
Meanwhile, Tamara oversaw the design aesthetic, sourcing every detail down to the custom 186-piece teak outdoor layout to ensure the home was as beautiful as it was functional. We built a space where our daughters could thrive in a custom-designed castle playroom, while the adults could enjoy sophisticated, quiet sanctuaries just down the hall.
We realized that this level of thought—balancing master-built utility with high-end aesthetic design—is incredibly rare in the luxury rental market.
